Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Screen Translator Chrome Extension. By installing or using Screen Translator, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Screen Translator ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.
Screen Translator is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to capture regions of their screen, extract text using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, and receive translations of that text as an overlay.
Screen Translator does not require account registration for free use. PRO users receive a license key via email after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share your license key with others. Each license key supports up to 3 device activations.
You agree to use Screen Translator only for lawful purposes. You must not:
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month and processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Your PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
We offer a 3-day refund policy for PRO subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us at luungocquang2002@gmail.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewal charges where the service has been actively used.
Screen Translator and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the developer. The Extension is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
Your use of Screen Translator is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Only the screen region you select is processed — your full screen and browsing data are never accessed or stored.
Screen Translator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that translation results will be accurate. Translation quality depends on OCR accuracy and third-party translation services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Screen Translator, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for users who violate these Terms, without prior notice.
